Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging — just as you received them.

To start a return, just reach out to us at jacki@sandstreetfaith.com. It helps to have your order number handy — you can find it in your order confirmation email or text message. Don't worry if you can't locate it though, we'll do our best to find your order.

Received something damaged or wrong? Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away. To speed things up, include a photo with your email that clearly shows the issue — make sure the design on the apparel is visible in the picture. We'll take care of it — that's a promise.
